One Week To Go Until Summer Camps Begin

Three counties are gearing themselves up for the start of the Bank of Ireland Summer Camps next week, as Bandon, Garryowen, and Kilrush are first up in what’s set to be a special summer of rugby.

We cannot wait to see all of our #FutureReds come down and enjoy an fun-filled and action-packed week, receiving top rugby coaching, keeping active, and making friends, all in a safe and fun environment.

With huge numbers attending this year there’s already plenty who are looking forward to their Munster Summer Camp experience, however there’s still time to grab those last few spots, and here are five reasons why you should do just that.

  1. Make New Friends

Camps are open to boys and girls aged between 6 and 12. Participants will be divided into groups of their own age where they can have fun, share the experience and make new friends. With 22 venues around the province there’s a camp near you!

  1. Learn New Skills From The Best In The Business

Munster Rugby Summer Camp coaches are IRFU Mini Rugby accredited, and central to our philosophy is learning rugby in a safe and controlled manner. All this while developing the basic rugby skills of passing, tackling, evasion and kicking. Most of all we guarantee lots of enjoyment!

  1. Get Exclusive Adidas Summer Camp Gear

Each participant will receive an Official Summer Camp Pack comprising of an adidas Summer Camp T-Shirt, adidas Shorts, adidas Socks, a Draw-String Bag and Mouth Guard.

  1. Free Ticket To Munster Rugby Early-Season Game

Every player will receive a complimentary Junior Ticket to one of Munster’s early-season matches.

  1. Meet The Munster Players

Kids will have the opportunity to meet their Munster heroes, get autographs and pose for selfies meaning they’ll remember their Summer Camp experience for years to come. They can even run a Q&A session with the players so get prepping those burning questions
