Open Training Session For Listowel Schools
1st April 2015 By Munster Rugby
Munster Rugby, in conjunction with Listowel RFC, recently held an open training session with the club’s local secondary schools.
Despite the rainy day, the girls were enthusiastic and threw themselves into each of the activities.
On the day the girls were put through their paces and learned more about the game especially tackling, scrum and line-out formation and their application to the game.
For anyone interested in joining Listowel RFC, the girls train on Thursdays 6.30pm-7.45pm and Saturday 10.30am-12.00pm at the Kerry Co-Op Pitches.
For more information, contact Director Of Girls' Rugby Kieran Reilly on 087-1341805.
There are still places available on next week's Munster Rugby Easter Camps for boys and girls with full details here.
