Regeneron Limerick Regeneration Blitz At Thomond Park

Munster Rugby ran a blitz day, sponsored by Regeneron, today at Thomond Park Stadium as part of the Limerick Regeneration programme.

The day was coordinated by Munster Community Rugby Officer Euan Gee and Limerick City Rugby Officer Ed Daly.

Schools involved in the one day event included Le Cheile, St. Patrick’s Boys, Corpus Cristi,Thomond NS, Our Lady of Lourdes, St. Marys and John the Baptist National School.

Each school was represented by approximately 20-25 pupils per schools with primary focus on fun.

The day included a visit to the Munster Museum as well as a stadium tour which was an added bonus for participants.

Munster players Robin Copeland and David Kilcoyne took time to make a special visit to the blitz and were delighted to participate in some of the fun activities of the day.
