Regional Coach Development Workshops

A coaching demonstration was held in Cork.

The Munster Rugby Development Department will deliver coaching workshops based on the four cornerstones of the game (catch/pass, ball carry/evasion, contact skills/ruck, and tackle technique/defence).

The workshops will demonstrate how to coach these key skills while using a game centred coaching philosophy to promote decision making and game sense.

The workshops are suitable for anyone coaching 15-a-side rugby.

Access to further resources (session plans and videos) will also be made available at the workshops and registration is not required.

Tuesday 28th January | Cornerstones – Catch/Pass & Ball Carry/Evasion, Clonakilty RFC, 7pm-8pm

Wednesday 12th February | Cornerstones – Tackle Technique/Defence & Contact Skills/Ruck, Kinsale RFC, 7pm-8pm
