The Munster Rugby Development Department recently held a series of roadshows to connect with club and school volunteers.
The roadshows took place across a two-week period with four venues hosting information evenings, including Thomond Park, Irish Independent Park, Tralee RFC and Clonmel RFC.
A total of 180 volunteers representing 53 clubs and 12 schools received information and support on areas such as Rugby Development, Spirit of Rugby, Fixtures & Competitions, Rugby Services, Branch Administration, Communications & PR, Women’s & Girls’ Game, Refereeing and Ticketing.

Munster Rugby President, Ger Malone, was on hand to welcome club and school representatives to the various locations while also hosting a prized raffle before Junior Vice President, Sean McCullough, took over the raffle duties in Clonmel.
The roadshows provided volunteers from across the domestic game with the opportunity to meet 40 members of Munster Rugby staff, including Branch Officers, Committee Members and MAR representatives before the new season gets underway.
