Rugby Faculty Workshop For Bruff & Shannon Coaches

Munster Rugby recently ran a Club Rugby Faculty Workshop for Bruff and Shannon coaches as part of the ‘Induction Phase’ of the IRFU initiative.

A total of forty IRFU Stage 1, 2 and 4 coaches were in attendance representing both clubs.

The Rugby Faculty will continue into phase two over the coming weeks and workshops will focus on the Collective and Individual Stage.

Coaches will learn how to develop their own Rugby Programme/Curriculum ensuring it provides both player and coach with the best possible experience through the specific stage they are coaching.
