The School of Excellence returns this summer.
There are limited places available across the 2020 Munster Rugby School of Excellence with the second week of camp at Rockwell College (August 10th – August 14th) now completely sold out.
Limited places are still remaining on the boys residential and non-residential camp at Rockwell College from Monday, July 20th until Friday, July 24th, while the girls camp at Bandon Grammar School on Monday, July 27th to Wednesday, July 29th has also proved very popular.
The School of Excellence will provide boys and girls with the opportunity to experience the life of a professional rugby player and learn the Munster values, such as excellence, integrity and community.
Players will partake in a structured rugby development programme which will include core skill development, game understanding, position specific workshops, appropriate strength and conditioning training and teamwork.
Players will also receive education in mental preparation, nutrition and video analysis, which are all vital for the up and coming stars of the future.
