Scrum Workshop At Copsewood Gaels

Munster Rugby recently hosted a scrum workshop for youths coaches at Copsewood Gaels RFC.
The workshop focused on scrum, ruck and body position in these areas along with tutoring on other rugby areas on the coaches request.
