Season Kicks Off For Munster Under 18 Girls

The Munster Under 18 Girls squad recently began their summer training programme as they prepare for their inaugural Interprovincial Series in September.

Head Coach Eugene McCarthy, assisted by Denis Stevenson, are currently preparing the squad for their first ever Interprovincial fixture away to Leinster as Munster Rugby continues to focus on the development of girls underage rugby.

With the final squad selection process continuing over the coming weeks, the Under 18 Girls will train twice a week at Ballincollig RFC as they look forward to facing their interprovincial counterparts in the autumn.

17th/18th September – Leinster v Munster, venue TBC
24th/25th September – Ulster v Munster, venue Leinster TBC
1st/2nd October – Munster v Connacht, venue TBC
