SEAT Schools Cup First Round Fixtures

The dates, times and venues have been confirmed for the first round clashes in the SEAT Schools Senior and Junior Cups.

The first round fixtures in the SEAT Schools Senior Cup take place on Tuesday, January 27 and Wednesday, January 28.

The stand-out tie sees St. Munchin’s face Ardscoil Rís in the first ever Schools Cup game to be played under the lights at Thomond Park on Wednesday night.

Before that, the first round kicks off on Tuesday, January 27 when Castletroy face either St. Clement's or Glenstal Abbey at Rosbrien.

The following day, Crescent College face CBC at Clifford Park and PBC face Rockwell College at UCC's Mardyke sports ground in Cork.

The St. Munchin’s v Ardscoil clash completes the first round on Wednesday night in their ground breaking clash at Thomond Park.

The SEAT Schools Junior Cup first round starts the following week with the four fixtures to be played on Tuesday, February 3 and Wednesday, February 4.

UCC’s Mardyke sports ground plays host to PBC v Castletroy on Tuesday.

The other three fixtures take place on Wednesday with Crescent College hosting Glenstal Abbey.

St. Munchin's and Ardscoil Rís clash at Dooradoyle while CBC face the winners of St. Clement's v Rockwell at their Lansdowne ground.

Ahead of the first round, the final SEAT Senior Cup qualifier between St. Clement's and Glenstal Abbey takes place on Wednesday, January 14 at 3pm in Clifford Park.

The following week, St. Clement's face Rockwell in the final SEAT Junior Cup qualifier on Wednesday, January 21 at 3pm in Clifford Park.
