Limerick sides are on top of three of the divisions of the All Ireland League.

At Templeville Road a late rally by St. Mary’s College saw them snatch an 18-16 win over Cork Constitution in Division 1A. Joe White and Rob Jermyn scored tries for Con’ and Aidan Moynihan added two penalties as Con’ still hold on to top spot.

Young Munster defeated Clontarf 25-16 at Castle Avenue. The Limerick side led 18-6 at half time with tries from Gavin Coombes and Dan Goggin. Shane Airey kicked two penalties and a conversion. Alan Kennedy added another try which Alan Tynan converted.

The Garryowen v Dublin University tie was postponed because of a water logged pitch.

Shannon still remain top in Division 1B despite their 10-5 away defeat at Ballymena. Jade Kreil scored a first half try for Shannon who led 5-0 at half time.

U.C.C. lost 23-7 away to Ballynahinch. John Poland scored a first half try for College and James Taylor converted to give the Cork students a 7-0 half time lead.

U.L. Bohemian won their bottom of the table clash with Dolphin 7-3. Mike Lynch scored a first half try for U.L. Bohes and Robbie Bourke converted. Dolphin’s only reply was a Barry Keeshan penalty in the second half.

A try by James Kendrick and a conversion and a penalty by Darragh Lyons in the second half earned Cashel a 10-0 home win over Highfield in Division 2A.

The Galwegians v Nenagh Ormond tie was postponed.

Old Crescent made it twelve wins from twelve in Division 2B after their 33-15 home win over Belfast Harlequins. Brian Tuohy, Ronan McKenna, Kevin O’Dwyer, Sean Monahan and Seaghan Gleeson scored tries for the Rosbrien side. McKenna kicked four conversions.

Sunday’s Well ended a run of six defeats with a 10-0 home win over Navan. Kieran Stokes scored the ‘Well’s try and Shane O’Riordan kicked a conversion and a penalty.

Thomond have gone top in Division 2C with a 10-6 away win over Omagh. Evan Cusack scored a try, conversion and penalty to earn his side the spoils.

Bruff lost ground in the promotion race losing 13-6 at home to Malahide. Sean Herlihy kicked two penalties for Bruff.

Midleton moved off the foot of the table with a surprising 31-3 away win at fellow strugglers Tullamore. Louis Farnham scored two tries for the east Cork side and Aidan McCarthy, Ross O’Mahony and Rory Horgan got one apiece. Stuart Lee added three conversions.
