Skills Session At Rockwell College

Munster Rugby recently attended Rockwell College to host a skills session for their Junior Cup players.

The day focused on position specific modules coached by former Munster Rugby prop Darragh Hurley and Munster Rugby Coaching Officers Brendan O’Connor and Andrew Brace.

Rockwell’s forwards spent the day upskilling on scrummaging techniques while the backs were tutored on key points in decision making.
