Strength & Conditioning Course At Castletroy College

The Munster Rugby Academy Strength and Conditioning department held an IRB Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Course last Saturday in Castletroy College, Limerick.

A combination of twenty-four rugby and strength and conditioning coaches were in attendance from Crescent College Comprehensive, St. Munchin’s College and Ard Scoil Ris secondary schools and took part in a series of practical tasks as well as open tutorials.

Participants included former Ireland flanker Mick Fitzgibbon, former Munster prop Mike Storey and former Olympic rower Sean Casey.

Munster Rugby would like to thank Castletroy College for providing the facility and look forward to running similar courses in the near future.
