Students participated in a non-contact version of the game at Limerick Institute of Technology
Munster Community Rugby Officers recently delivered a Rugby Prime course to first year Sports Coaching & Sports Management students at Limerick Institute of Technology.
Rugby Prime is a fast and exciting modified game of non-contact rugby, and allows for mixed-gender participation, regardless of size, age, ability and experience.
It promotes running, handling and the development of the game with a clear emphasis on physical activity and enjoyment.
Over 40 students completed the course as Munster Community Rugby Officers Gerry Casey and Euan Gee were on hand throughout the day.
