Sunday’s Well RFC hosted a repeat of the 2015 inaugural Mixed Ability Rugby World Final between Sunday’s Well Rebels and Bradford & Bingley Bumblebee Barbarians at Irish Independent Park on Saturday.

The former champions are now entering their fifth season and were delighted to welcome the first English mixed ability rugby side to The Well with the match finishing up 31-22 in favour of the home side.

The fixture acted as a curtain raiser to the All Ireland League meeting between Sunday’s Well and Dungannon RFC, which The Well won 20-8.

In keeping with all things Jazz for the weekend, there was also live Jazz music in the club house after the senior game for all to enjoy.
