Tommy O’Donnell Congratulates Munster U18 Clubs

The Munster U18 Clubs squad were presented with their Munster interprovincial jersey last night at the Charleville Park Hotel with their parents and coaches in attendance.
Munster and Ireland player Tommy O’Donnell was on hand to make the presentation and acknowledged the young players’ achievements in representing their province.
Tipperary man O’Donnell, who began his rugby career with Clanwilliam FC paid tribute to the commitment and sacrifices the players have made since their selection to take part in the Munster Rugby Talent Camp right through to the recent interprovincial series. He also encouraged them to continue to strive to achieve their goals.
He spoke of his own fond memories playing youths rugby and thanked the players’ parents for all their support throughout the season.
The night capped off a successful year for the Munster U18 Club squad which culminated in 11 players recently being selected in a 36 man Ireland U18 Clubs squad.
