Try Tag for Free at Ballincollig Rugby Club

On the evening of Tuesday 21 April, Ballincollig Rugby Club will be hosting a ‘Try Tag for Free’ day. This is an open invitation for anyone to turn up and see for themselves how well this club runs Tag Rugby, how much fun the sport is and get a taster of the summer ahead at this great venue.

Entry to this event is of course free-of-charge.

A typical ‘Try Tag for Free’ day would start at around 6pm where participants announce their presence to the Venue Manager and if not in a team, get placed.

Tag shorts will be provided on the day. They then get the chance to give it a go in one of the continual games that are applicable to their ability.

Tag Rugby is played annually by thousands of men and women every summer (and is growing with each season) and caters for players of all ability levels from beginners to advanced.

Players, companies and organisations use Tag Rugby as a means of keeping fit, team-building or just as importantly, a great way to to have fun both on and off the pitch.

As clubs involved with Ireland’s ONLY official IRFU Tag programme, Bud Light Tag venues provide the all-important elements such as great facilities, clubhouse and qualified referees.

But thats not all…

With this being an historic Grand Slam season, Ballincollig would also like to celebrate with you that evening by bringing along the Six Nations Trophy and the Triple Crown for you to see. This is an exclusive opportunity available only to Bud Light Tag venues.

So why not pop down to Ballincollig Rugby Club on Tuesday 21st, jump in, play some Tag while also maybe getting your photo taken with Irish Rugby’s latest proud silverware.

Any queries may directed to the IRFU by emailing tag@irishrugby.ie

Bud Light Tag is only available to over 18s
