U12’s Festival At Rockwell College

The Munster Mini Rugby Committee along with Rockwell College recently hosted the annual end of season Pan Munster U12’s festival.

Over 320 children from 21 clubs all over the province competed against clubs from different regions.

A great day of running rugby was had by all with the first games starting at 11.30 am, and with last game ending at 1.00 pm it was straight into the school hall for lunch which was kindly put on by Rockwell College.

The Munster Mini Committee would like to thank Rockwell College for hosting and organising the event, especially Martin Daly for all his work in coordinating the proceedings.

A special mention also to Rockwell’s transition year students for carrying out the refereeing duties throughout the event.

The day was a fantastic treat for all involved and the Munster Minis look forward to working closely with Rockwell College in the future.
