U15 Schools Blitz At CIT

Munster Rugby held an U15 Schools Rugby 10 aside Blitz at Cork Institute of Technology last Friday, 8th March.

A total of 13 teams took part on the day and were divided into two categories; ‘A’ and ‘B’ schools in Section 1 and ‘C’ schools in Section 2 playing a total of 29 games in all.

Following a great day of highly competitive rugby Presentation Brothers College narrowly beat Bandon Grammar School in Section 1 with a golden try after the sides were level at full time.

In Section 2 of the 'C' schools finalists Colaiste Choilm Ballincollig overcame Colaiste Phobail Beanntrai in a thrilling match.

Munster Rugby would like to thank all schools that competed in the Blitz in what was a very enjoyable day of rugby.
