U18 Clubs Side Name Team For Leinster Clash

The Munster U18 Clubs, sponsored by Bank of Ireland, have named their side to face Leinster at Thomond Park tomorrow (Sunday, KO 2.30pm).

Head Coach Brendan O'Connor has made three changes to the side that came back from 14-3 down to beat Ulster 19-14 last weekend.

Tom Hanley of Charleville RFC comes into the side on the left wing, Waterpark’s Nick O’Donoghue starts at scrum-half and flanker Ross McCormack of Fethard and District has also forced his way into the team.

Centre Evan O'Gorman from Young Munster continues as captain. The front row comprises of Garryowen hooker Derry Gleeson and props Aaron Hennessy from Ennis and Bruff's Fionn Flanagan.

Charlie Murphy from Dungarvan and Nenagh's Evan Murphy claim the lock positions with Young Munster’s Shane Brosnahan, McCormack and No. 8 Josh Hodnett from Clonakilty making up the back row.

O’Donoghue is joined in the half-backs by Garryowen's Harry Byrne.

Ikem Ugwuru from Ennis RFC and Hanley start on the wings while Joe O'Connor from Tralee joins O'Gorman at centre, with Conor Hayes from Young Munster claiming his place at full-back.
