UCC Coaches Workshop

Munster Rugby recently held a general movement workshop for UCC Stage 3 and 4 coaches in the Mardyke Arena, Cork.

The workshop delivered was practical based, and UCC’s U21 players were on hand to participate in the activities.

The content delivered included identifying the benefits of the collective/reduced collective approach to coaching. The activities centred on the four families within the General Movement Philosophy and identification of their roles and responsibilities.

Munster Rugby would like to thank UCC’s Director of Rugby Gary Byrne for facilitating the workshop and also the Coaches and players that attended on the night.
