We catch up with Feargal O’Callaghan, Munster Rugby’s Head of Age Grade S&C, who talks about the benefits of strength and conditioning for the young player.
Feargal and his team of coaches and volunteers are working together with the Munster clubs and schools throughout the province to help develop players' movement mechanics with a view to injury prevention.
The Strength and Conditioning Age Grade programme will ensure young players that are selected for the Munster Academy will be well prepared.
