In the latest addition to the Munster Rugby Coaching Playlist, Coach & Player Development Officer Owen Mullowney and son Conor demonstrate fun games and skills for children to enjoy at home.

Owen and Conor (9) take you through FUNdamental movement skills for children to practice as part of staying active.

Billy (10) and Paddy O’Leary (9 next week – Happy Birthday Paddy!) go through body awareness activities which are suitable for children of all ages.

Munster Club & Community Rugby Officers, Rebecca O’Reilly and Mark O’Connell, will be adding to the home exercise programme for children in the coming weeks.

Rebecca highlights: “These are fundamental movements and games that children can practice at home.

“Have fun with them and challenge both yourself, your brother or sister, or your parents with these simplified games to develop your skills.”
