Video: Munster Interpro Preparations Get Started

Interprovincial preparation for the Munster Development and Munster Under 19 squads got underway yesterday at Limerick Institute of Technology for season 2016/17.

Munster Academy Lead S&C Coach Joe McGinley gives an insight into the squads' Bank of Ireland Munster Rugby Talent Camp schedule throughout their summer programme.

Training for both squads combine on the pitch and gym work at Limerick Institute of Technology and Cork Institute of Technology as well as their respective training centres.

Educational modules including laws of the game, nutrition and mental health will also be covered over the Talent Camp duration.

The Munster Under 18 Clubs and Munster Under 18 Schools Talent Camp training will begin tomorrow at Rockwell College ahead of their Interprovincial campaign.
