There are just two weeks until the start of the 2023/24 Vodafone Women’s Interprovincial Championship and excitement is building ahead of what should be a keenly contested campaign.

The Munster squad have been preparing for this competition since the middle of June with training sessions being held at the University of Limerick.

Head Coach Niamh Briggs confirmed a 32-player squad this week for next month’s competition which begins with a trip to City of Armagh RFC to take on Ulster on Saturday, August 12. That opening match is followed by the visit of Connacht to Musgrave Park on August 19th (buy tickets here) before a trip to Dublin to take on Leinster in Donnybrook on August 26th.

We recently spoke with captain Nicole Cronin and Kate Flannery to get their thoughts on how preparation has been going for the squad ahead of kick off in just two weeks time.
