The Munster Rugby Development Department hosted a Skills Development Webinar earlier this week for coaches across the province to continue their learning during this time.
Hosted by Coach & Player Development Manager, Keith Murphy, and led by Technical Skills Development Coach, Mike Pettman, the webinar highlighted the fundamentals of skills development as well as how best to improve technical and tactical ability.
During the webinar, Mike referenced the skills development videos which have been rolled out to Senior, Academy and age-grade player groups, and recently shared on the Munster Rugby Coaching Playlist.
In this week’s addition to the playlist, Mike progresses last week’s tennis ball activities with a focus on individual ball handling skills.
With over 90 videos available to watch across the coaching resource playlist, there is a variety of skills, drills and activities for coaches and players to practice and perfect.
