Bateman Cup holders, Cork Constitution, who are chasing their third successive title, travel to Athlone to take on Buccaneers in the semi-finals. The other semi-final is between Ballynahinch and Clontarf at the County Down venue.
In Division 1 of the Munster Junior League, the two former AIL sides Clonakilty and Waterpark go head to head at The Vale with the visitors just looking for a point from their last two games to preserve their top flight status for another season.
Cobh Pirates and Kinsale lock horns in their basement clash at the Paddocks. Kinsale are already relegated with Tralee, but there is a possibility of Cobh being relegated, should Richmond lose their AIL Status. The Pirates must win this game with a bonus point if they are to have any chance of staying in Division 1.

Shannon welcome Old Christians to Coonagh and the winners will have a home quarter-final against St. Senan’s.
Young Munster travel to Suirside to take on Waterford City and the winners will have a home quarter-final against Highfield or Cobh Pirates.
There are four ties in round two of the Munster Junior Plate down for decision together with one quarter-final.
Nenagh Ormond get proceedings under way on Friday night with a home tie against Galbally and the winners will be at home to Old Crescent or Abbeyfeale in the last four.
Charleville entertain Muskerry in a Cork derby and the winners will be away to Cork Constitution.
