The Bank of Ireland Munster Senior Challenge Cup continues this weekend and there is also local action in North, South, East and West Munster.

There are three second round ties down for decision in the Bank of Ireland Munster Senior Challenge Cup.
Kilfeacle, following their home win over Bruff last time out, entertain Shannon and the winners will be away to Sunday’s Well or UL Bohemian, who meet at Irish Independent Park, in the quarter finals.
Old Crescent and Cashel lock horns at Rosbrien and the winners will be away to Garryowen.
Cork Constitution begin their defence of the Cork Charity Cup against UCC at Temple Hill and in the Cork Charity Shield, last year’s finalists Clonmel, welcome Dolphin to South Tipperary.
Abbeyfeale begin their defence of the Transfield Cup as they make the relatively short trip to Newcastle West to take on their near neighbours in a repeat pairing of the decider, which Abbeyfeale won at the Markets Field in January 2019. The winners will have home advantage in the quarter finals against Ennis or St Mary’s.
On Saturday, Thomond welcome St Senan’s to Liam Fitzgerald Park in the quarter finals. The winners will be at home to Old Crescent or UL Bohemian, who meet at 4GUL on Sunday, in the semi-finals.
In South Munster, action gets underway in the O’Neill Cup, the Dennehy Cup and the Muskerry (O’Sullivan) Cup.
Dunmanway are at home to Bantry Bay in a West Cork derby in the O’Neill Cup and the winners will have a home quarter final tie against Kinsale.
Youghal welcome Douglas to East Cork and the winners will be away to Mitchelstown.
In the first semi-final of the Dennehy Cup, holders Highfield welcome Cork Constitution to Woodleigh Park for a repeat of last year’s decider, which Highfield won 20-17 at the same venue.
Mallow are at home to Dolphin in the other semi-final on Friday evening.
Kinsale and Ballincollig get the show in the road in the Muskerry (O’Sullivan) Cup at the South Cork venue on Friday evening. The winners will be rewarded with home advantage in the semi-finals against last year’s finalists Sunday’s Well or Cobh Pirates, who meet at Irish Independent Park on Sunday.
Old Christians take on Muskerry at Rathcooney on Sunday and the winners will be at home to holders Clonakilty.
In Kerry, McElligott Cup holders Killorglin begin their defence of the trophy with an away tie against Tralee.
There are also two ties down for decision in the Mansergh Cup. Thurles and Fethard get proceedings under way on Saturday evening while Clonmel host Nenagh Ormond on Sunday afternoon.
