Weekend Preview | Bank Of Ireland Senior Challenge Cup Continues

The Bank of Ireland Munster Senior Challenge Cup continues with three ties down for decision on Saturday.
Sunday’s Well entertain Bruff at Irish Independent Park and the winners will be rewarded with a home quarter-final tie against Shannon.
Dolphin travel to the Premier County to take on Cashel in a second round tie. Cashel defeated UL Bohemian 23-16 last week in their opening game, while Dolphin had to rely on a Daryl Foley penalty to see off Midleton 3-0.
The other second round tie sees Old Crescent host Highfield at Rosbrien with the winners of these two second round ties due to meet the following week in the quarter-finals.
Nenagh Ormond continue their defence of the Sporting Limerick Charity Cup against Young Munster at Tom Clifford Park. Last season’s finalists Garryowen await the winners in the decider.
On Sunday, Transfield Cup holders Newcastle West take on St Mary’s in the quarter finals in West Limerick. The winners will have home advantage against Richmond in the second semi-final.
In South Munster, there is one game in the O’Neill Cup down for decision.
Douglas-Carrigaline lock horns with Dunmanway at Moneygourney and the winners will be away to Muskerry in the quarter finals.
Old Christians have received a walk over from Bantry Bay and will now be away to Ballincollig in the quarter-finals next week.
