The Bank of Ireland Munster Senior Challenge Cup continues this weekend and there is also Junior action in all four corners of the province.

There are three second round ties down for decision in the Bank of Ireland Munster Senior Challenge Cup.

On Friday evening, 2009 finalists Old Crescent welcome Cashel to Rosbrien. The winners will be rewarded with home advantage in the quarter-finals against UL Bohemian or Sunday’s Well, who meet at Annacotty on Saturday.

On Saturday, Dolphin, whose last triumph was in 1956, welcome Shannon, who last won the trophy in 2007, to Irish Independent Park. The winners will be at home to Young Munster in the quarter-finals.

There is quarter-final action in both the County Cup and the O’Neill Cup.

Bandon lock horns with near neighbours Kinsale at Old Chapel in the County Cup on Friday evening. The winners will be at home to Skibbereen or Fermoy, who meet in West Cork on Sunday.

Mallow entertain Kanturk in a Cork derby and the winners will have home advantage in the semi-finals against Clonakilty or Crosshaven, who meet at the Vale.

Cobh Pirates go head-to-head with East Cork neighbours Youghal in the quarter-finals of the O’Neill Cup on Saturday evening. The winners will be away to the winners of Sunday’s tie between Muskerry and Old Christians, which takes place in Ballyanly.

Ballincollig host Douglas-Carrigaline at Tanner Park and the winners will have a home semi-final tie with the winners of the North Cork derby between Mitchelstown and Charleville, which is being played in Mitchelstown.

In North Munster, Transfield Cup holders Abbeyfeale continue their defence of the trophy with a home semi-final tie against Shannon.

Old Crescent are at home to Newcastle West in the other semi-final.

The first semi-final of the Garryowen Cup sees Waterpark taking on Fethard at Ballinakill, with the winners meeting Thurles or Clanwilliam in the decider.

In Kerry, Castleisland are at home to Killorglin and Tralee host Killarney in the semi-finals of the McElligott Cup.
