Welcoming Clubs Workshop

Munster Rugby recently ran a second introductory workshop for the IRFU Welcoming Clubs Programme.

Eight clubs attended the evening in the Charleville Park hotel that was hosted by John Oates from Pro-Stream Ltd. The programme is a new initiative that focuses on developing best practice for clubs’ off the field.

The interactive workshop examined the basic principles that will help clubs to improve the way they generate income and sponsorship and how to more effectively attract and retain members and develop community and business links.
