West Munster Coaching Workshop

Munster Rugby will host its final regional S&C workshop tonight in IT Tralee, Kerry. The workshop will be presented by Feargal O Callaghan, Age Grade S&C Manager and will focus on integrating strength and conditioning into rugby sessions.

The workshop will commence at 7pm and will be specific to those coaching at stages 2 to 4 (U13 – Adult Rugby).

The coach development department have now coordinated four workshops per region on the themes of scrum, line out, S&C and Laws with expert presenters including Age grade S&C staff, Elite Development Manager Peter Malone, International and World Cup Referee John Lacey, former professional players Denis Leamy, Darragh Hurley, Colm McMahon and Mike Storey and current Senior Assistant Coach Mick O’Driscoll.
