Young Munster Reach Final

Young Munster have booked their place in the final of the Limerick Charity Cup after a 27-14 win over U.L. Bohemian at Tom Clifford Park.
Young Munster did all the damage in the opening half as tries from Darren Ryan and Darragh O’Neill, both converted by Paul Downes who also added a penalty for a 17-0 half time lead.
Robbie Bourke brought Bohes back into the game with a try and a conversion, but a third try from Ger Slattery and a conversion and penalty by Downes saw the Cookies extend their lead.
Rory White scored a second try for the visitors which Bourke converted.
Young Munster will now meet the winners of Thursday’s second semi final between Old Crescent and Garryowen at Rosbrien, kick off 7.30pm.
