Pinergy Terms & Conditions

A. These terms are in addition to the generic PINERGY competition Terms and Conditions. Found here.

B. The winner must become a PINERGY customer & remain a customer for the duration of the value of the prize. This prize applies to domestic customers only.

C. If the winner chooses to remain a customer after the value of the prize is redeemed, normal tariffs apply.

D. The maximum value of the prize is electricity from PINERGY to cost of €1,200, inclusive of network charges, PSO levy, electricity & prepayment service charge.

E. If the customer chooses to switch to another electricity supplier before the full value of the prize is redeemed (€1,200), they cannot carry the remaining value of the prize for use with the new supplier.

F. The prize is limited to €1,200 or 1 year, whichever comes first.

G. The prize winners will be selected by lottery for qualifying entrants. To qualify contestants must complete the follow and share instructions described on Pinergy’s social media channels.

H. No cash alternative will be awarded in lieu of stated prize(s).

I. If, due to circumstances beyond its control, a prize becomes unavailable PINERGY and/or the promoter(s) reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value.
