Beth began playing rugby when she was in Rockwell College which led her to Fethard RFC where she played age-grade rugby.

Beth represented Munster at U18 level and in 2022, please for Ireland in the U18 Six Nations Festival.

In 2022 she enjoyed two Interpro campaigns with Munster at U18 level before playing for Ireland again in this year’s Six Nations Festival in England.

Last season Beth earned her first Senior Interprovincial Cap against Connacht and went on to play three more times for the province.
