Briana Heylman played with Waterpark RFC until she was 18.

She began her senior career with Tipperary women winning the Senior Division 1 League.

Heylmann then moved to Limerick in 2022 and began to play with UL Bohemian RFC in the AIL.

Brianna earned her first senior cap in last season’s bonus point win against Ulster in City of Armagh RFC as she came on as a replacement.

She then went on to earn another three caps throughout last year’s interprovincial campaign.
