Hailing from County Tipperary, Dorothy Wall currently plays with Blackrock College RFC.

Wall earned her first Inter-pro starting appearance in the 2019 semi-final V Connacht.

Wall was first called up to the Irish XV squad in October 2019, making her debut against Scotland in the 2020 Women’s Six Nations. She has since earned 16 caps at this level.

She was also a key feature for the Irish squad that finished 3rd in the 2024 Women’s Six Nations earning them a spot in the 2025 Rugby World Cup.
