From County Waterford, Ellen began playing rugby at Carrick on Suir aged 15. Currently playing for Blackrock College RFC, she has represented Munster U18s in the 2021/2022 Interprovincial series.
Her International Honours include appearing in the 2022 U18 Women’s Six Nations festival in Edinburgh and the 2022 U18 7s European Championships in Prague.
She played for the Ireland Women’s 7s Development team in Dubai in December 2022 and was recently a part of the Ireland U20 squad earlier this summer.
Ellen earned four Senior Interprovincial Caps last season and was given her first start in round three against Leinster.
